Building Our neighborhoods for Development and Success (BONDS) is requiring those neighborhoods participating in their 2013 BONDS Grant Program to complete this online survey.  CHCA hopes to be one of the neighborhoods to be awarded a grant and needs your help to reach the required 25% participation level.

 

Regina Berry-Meadows of BONDS reported,  “This survey is required of all 2013 BONDS Grantees. You will need to have 25% of the homes in your neighborhood complete this survey all in an effort to help you identify strengths, weaknesses, and concerns in your neighborhood and the Grants should be a means of addressing some of those weaknesses and concerns.  All surveys must be completed no later than October 5, 2012.”

 

Allow at least 15 minutes to complete the survey.
