You do not have to be a dues paying member of the association to attend CHCA’s regular meetings.
All residents of Capitol Heights are invited to attend CHCA’s regular meetings.
Tenants of Capitol Heights properties, Landlords of Capitol Heights properties, and
Property Owners of Capitol Heights properties are all welcomed to attend.
CHCA Meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM
Meetings are held in the Fellowship Hall at the
Capitol Heights United Methodist Church at 2000 Winona Avenue.
