December 3, Saturday 2005: Capitol Heights Civic Association plans to have a float in the city’s annual Christmas Parade. Email [email protected] to participate or for details.

April 27, 2002: CHCA held it’s Annual Spring Fling Saturday April 27th, at Armstrong Park. Hotdogs and cold drinks were provided. Capitol Heights residents brought dishes to share and a blankets to sit on. There was good food, good music and lots of fun. It was a wonderful time to meet your neighbors!

 

December 21, 2001:  The winners of Yuletide Decorating Contest were announced this evening.

December 16, 2000:  Capitol Heights by Candlelight Tour – This year all houses on the tour (14 homes) will be on South Capitol Parkway. Parking available at the Greek Orthodox Church.  3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
