The Executive Committee meets the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM

Meetings are held at the Capitol Heights United Methodist Church at 2000 Winona Avenue.

You do not have to be a dues paying member of the association to attend CHCA’s regular meetings.

All residents of Capitol Heights are invited to attend CHCA’s regular meetings.

Tenants of Capitol Heights properties, Landlords of Capitol Heights properties, and

Property Owners of Capitol Heights properties are all welcomed to attend.
